We encourage all of our customers to read our order processing and shipping guidelines below to answer our most frequently asked questions:

Due to the obscure nature of many of our liveries, we print all of decal orders on demand approximately once per week and process them for shipping over the following days which may result in order processing times of up to 10 business days.

We are proud to offer flat-rate shipping costs which means we charge the same low rates to ship 1 decal or 4. Shipping is free worldwide with orders of 5 decals or more.

All decals are shipped from Prince George, British Columbia via Canada Post,United States Postal Service, PostNL, or UPS using the following methods:

Via Canada Post Registered Lettermail (Includes tracking and insurance, 1-2 weeks)

Via USPS Priority (Includes tracking and insurance, 1 week)

Via PostNL International Packet Untracked (NO tracking or insurance, averages 3-5 weeks)

In an effort to offer economical shipping options to our valued customers, we primarily use Canada Post, USPS, and PostNL’s cheapestLettermail services. Please be aware however that since this option does not provide tracking or insurance, we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments while using it. For larger or more valuable orders, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for increased security.

Orders shipped using USPS and PostNL services are initially processed by a third-party shipper, Stallion Express and may not indicate any tracking updates for 1-2 weeks until the shipment is clears customs and is received by the eventual respective shipping company. On occasion, delays of up to 3 additional weeks have been encountered to some international destinations. Particularly when untracked postal services are requested, we appreciate your patience inallowing your country’s customs and postal services some extra processing time before we explore further options as we won’t have access to any more information than you.

Mail carriers can sometimes be inconsistent with their offerings to different locations worldwide and in some cases your selected shipping method may be significantly more expensive or unavailable to the supplied mailing address once it comes time for shipping.In this case, we may contact you prior to shipping to review our options or cancel and refund the order if necessary.

Our shipping prices DO NOT include import fees, duties, or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility and we will not be held responsible. We recommend inquiring with your respective country’s customs department about these additional fees before buying.We are unable to falsify customs documentation.
