Do you do custom work?
If we have time, yes! Please review our custom decals page for more information on our capabilities and pricing. Please also remember to include all of the requirements listed in your first email to us for the fastest and cheapest service.
My decals haven’t arrived yet, where are they?
Unfortunately, Canada Post and PostNL do not provide us with tracking numbers for us to forward to our customers for orders using their economy lettermail and untracked shipping options so we can’t be of much more help once the decals are shipped. Orders with valid mailing addresses very rarely go missing though, and are almost always just held for further inspection in their respective country’s customs facilities in case of delays. Please review our shipping & order information page for more information, and don’t be alarmed until 4 weeks have passed from the order date for Canadian orders, 6 weeks for the USA, and 8 weeks internationally. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
